According to Item 7, of Item 13 parts one of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the capital markets and the organized goods markets" and for the purpose of ensuring fulfillment of requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About access to public information" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED 38 parts two of Article:
1. No. approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of October 9, 2012 1403, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 25, 2012 at No. 1789/22101, to state Item 6 of the Section I of the Procedure for creation and representation of requests for public information which manager is the National commission on securities and the stock market, in the following edition:
"6. Information request is sent in the National commission on securities and the stock market at the choice of requesting:
on the postal address: Ulitsa Knyazey Ostrozhskikh, 8, case 30, Kiev, 01010;
on the e-mail address: zapyt@nssmc.gov.ua;
by phone, to the fax: (044) 254-25-88.".
2. To legal department () provide Shumeld I.:
submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
promulgation of this decision on the official website of the National commission on securities and the stock market.
3. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
