About modification of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 28, 2018 No. 142

1. In preamble of the word "and item 4" shall be replaced with words "and Items 1 - 4".
2. Add Item 1 with the paragraph of the following content:
"Procedure for making of the customs transactions connected with change (amendment) of the data declared in the declaration on goods for express loads.".
3. The paragraph of the seventh of Item 19 of the Procedure for the filling of adjustment of the declaration on goods for express loads approved by the specified Decision to state in the following edition:
"At registration number KDTEG in document type on paper the official of customs authority in case of modification (amendments) of the data declared in DTEG before release of goods specifies date and time of giving of KDTEG, and after release of goods - registration date of the address about modification (amendments) of the data declared in DTEG or date of giving of KDTEG if such address is not submitted.".
