1. Make change to Item 12 of the Standard regulations on departmental fire protection approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 9, 2014 No. 5 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 7, of the Art. 199), having stated it in the following edition:
"12. Life, health and operability of persons who are employees of rescue and fire fighting divisions (except those which work in the organizations and the organizations financed from the Government budget of Ukraine), without fail are subject to insurance according to the signed insurance contract on classes of insurance 1 and 2, determined by article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About insurance".".
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the enclosed list.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2024.

The resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 3, 1995 No. 232 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure and conditions of compulsory personal insurance of workers of departmental and local fire protection and members of voluntary fire teams (teams)" (ZP of Ukraine, 1995, No. 6, the Art. 159).
2. Item of 5 changes which are made to the resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 4, 2003 No. 871 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 23, by the Art. 1078).
