1. Approve Standard regulations on departmental fire protection that is applied.
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

1. Departmental fire protection is created by subject of managing which belongs to the sphere of management of the ministry, of other central executive body (further - the company), in coordination with such ministry, body and consists of the state rescue and fire fighting divisions (parts) (further - rescue and fire fighting divisions) which number is determined by the subject of managing.
2. Departmental fire protection is created for accomplishment of the tasks provided by the Code of civil protection of Ukraine for the purpose of protection of life and human health, state-owned property against the fires and maintenance of proper level of fire safety on the objects belonging to the company.
3. Departmental fire protection in the activities is guided by the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, acts of the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, orders of the Ministry of Defence, other regulatory legal acts and regulations on departmental fire protection which affirms the relevant ministry based on this Standard provision.
