Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 8, 1993 No. 340 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for issue of car driver licenses and the admission of citizens to control of vehicles" (ZP of Ukraine, 1993, No. 10, Art. 211; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, No. 39, Art. 1311; 2016, No. 77, the Art. 2572) and of March 3, 2022 No. 184 "some questions of the admission of drivers to control of vehicles" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, Art. 1270; 2023, No. 37, the Art. 1978) the enclosed changes.

1. In Item 7 of the Regulations on procedure for issue of car driver licenses and the admission of citizens to control of vehicles approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 8, 1993 No. 340:
1) to add Item after paragraph one with the new paragraph of the following content:
"The right to control of the specialized sanitary vehicle is granted to persons who within the last year work as transport drivers of the corresponding category.".
With respect thereto to consider paragraph two the paragraph third;
The paragraph third after words of "service of civil protection" to add 2) with words ", drivers of crews of the emergency (fast) medical care".
