About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Regulations on the procedure and conditions of issue by Department of veterinary and food supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of import permits on customs area and transit across customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of controlled goods approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 23, 2008 No. 1397:
third Item 3 to exclude the paragraph;
item 4 after the words "body of the country" to add with words "obtaining, the countries";
1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 18, 2009 No. 638 "About some questions of the treatment of wild animals and wild-growing plants":
in the name of the word "About Some Questions of the Address" shall be replaced with words "About the address";
state preamble in the following edition:
