About change of the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of December 3, 2020 No. 82
Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 72
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of December 3, 2020 No. 82 "About rates for transportations of passengers, baggage and cargo baggage by rail" the following changes:
in the paragraph the twenty fourth Item 1 of the word "in the regular regular and (or) high-speed regular message, and (or) urban electric transportation, and (or) subway" shall be replaced with words "categories M3, and (or) trolleybuses, and (or) trams, and (or) electric trains of the subway in the regular message";
in appendix 1 to this resolution:
in the column "Name of Tariff Belts" of Item 6 of the word "in the regular regular and (or) high-speed regular message and (or) urban electric transportation, buses and (or) subway" shall be replaced with words "categories M3, and (or) trolleybuses, and (or) trams, and (or) electric trains of the subway in the regular message";
from the interlinear note "*" figures", 20" to exclude;
to be reworded as follows appendix 23 to this resolution it (is applied);
in the Instruction about procedure for establishment and application of rates for transportations of passengers, baggage and cargo baggage by railway transport public on city, regional and interregional lines approved by this resolution:
