About rates for transportations of passengers, baggage and cargo baggage by rail
Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 No. 72 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus", Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 14, 2023 No. 598 "About the services relating the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus to spheres of natural monopolies, the prices (rates) for which are regulated by the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade", DECIDES:
1. Establish:
rates for transportations of passengers by railway transport public on city lines according to appendix 1;
rates for transportations of passengers by railway transport public on regional lines of economy class according to appendix 2;
rates for transportations of passengers (except for children aged from 5 up to 10 years) railway transport public on regional lines of business class according to appendix 3;
rates for transportations of children aged from 5 up to 10 years railway transport public on regional lines of business class according to appendix 4;
the cost of the complete travel document (ticket) for transportation of passengers by railway transport public on regional lines of business class according to appendix 5;
the cost of the children's travel document (ticket) for transportation of passengers by railway transport public on regional lines of business class according to appendix 6;
the cost of reserved seat complete for transportation of passengers by railway transport public on regional lines of business class according to appendix 7;
nursery reserved seat cost for transportation of passengers by railway transport public on regional lines of business class according to appendix 8;
rates for transportations of passengers (except for children aged from 5 up to 10 years) railway transport public on interregional lines of economy class according to appendix 9;
rates for transportations of children aged from 5 up to 10 years railway transport public on interregional lines of economy class according to appendix 10;
the cost of the complete travel document (ticket) for transportation of passengers by railway transport public on interregional lines of economy class according to appendix 11;
the cost of the children's travel document (ticket) for transportation of passengers by railway transport public on interregional lines of economy class according to appendix 12;
the cost of reserved seat complete for transportation of passengers by railway transport public on interregional lines of economy class according to appendix 13;
nursery reserved seat cost for transportation of passengers by railway transport public on interregional lines of economy class according to appendix 14;
rates for transportations of passengers (except for children aged from 5 up to 10 years) railway transport public on interregional lines of business class according to appendix 15;
rates for transportations of children aged from 5 up to 10 years railway transport public on interregional lines of business class according to appendix 16;
the cost of the complete travel document (ticket) for transportation of passengers by railway transport public on interregional lines of business class according to appendix 17;
the cost of the children's travel document (ticket) for transportation of passengers by railway transport public on interregional lines of business class according to appendix 18;
the cost of reserved seat complete for transportation of passengers by railway transport public on interregional lines of business class according to appendix 19;
nursery reserved seat cost for transportation of passengers by railway transport public on interregional lines of business class according to appendix 20;
rates for luggage transports and cargo baggage (depending on distance and weight) railway transport public on city, regional and interregional lines according to appendix 21;
rates for luggage transports and cargo baggage with the announced value railway transport public on city, regional and interregional lines according to appendix 22;
the freight charge of passengers railway transport public on city lines within four tariff belts in two directions (routes) on condition of combination of such transportation with transportation of passengers by buses of category M3, and (or) trolleybuses, and (or) trams, and (or) electric trains of the subway in the regular message according to appendix 23.
2. Approve the Instruction about procedure for establishment and application of rates for transportations of passengers, baggage and cargo baggage by railway transport public on city, regional and interregional lines it (is applied).
3. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of September 27, 2016 No. 29 "About rates for transportations of passengers, baggage and cargo baggage by railway transport public on city, regional and interregional lines";
the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of December 21, 2017 No. 61 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of September 27, 2016 No. 29";
the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of December 12, 2018 No. 86 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of September 27, 2016 No. 29";
the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of December 12, 2019 No. 96 "About change of the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of September 27, 2016 No. 29".
4. This resolution becomes effective in 5 days after its official publication.
