About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of technical regulation
For the purpose of simplification of the procedure of state registration of veterinary medicines and feed additives for poultry breeders and breeding farms of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About veterinary science", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Technical regulation "About Safety of Veterinary Medicines" of August 5, 2013 No. 444 the following change:
in the Technical regulation "About Safety of Veterinary Medicines" approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in the subitem 11 of Item 19 of the word "up to 4 months" shall be replaced with words "up to 45 working days, except for the registration certificates issued by authorized body in the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union on veterinary medicines, purposeful for poultry-farming and breeding farms which term of registration constitutes 14 working days, with carrying out testing on the main indicators of safety".
2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Technical regulation "About Safety of Forages and Feed Additives" of May 22, 2014 No. 268 the following change:
in the Technical regulation "About Safety of Forages and Feed Additives" approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add Item 48 with the subitem 4 following of content:
