About approval of the Technical regulation "About Safety of Forages and Feed Additives"

1. Approve the enclosed Technical regulation "About Safety of Forages and Feed Additives".

2. This resolution becomes effective after six months from the date of official publication. This resolution is effective before entry into force in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic of the Technical regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union "About safety of forages and feed additives".

Technical regulation "About Safety of Forages and Feed Additives"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This Technical regulation "About Safety of Forages and Feed Additives" (further - the Technical regulation) is developed according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About bases of technical regulation in the Kyrgyz Republic" and is applied for the purpose of providing life and health of animals, people, the prevention of the actions misleading consumers of products, and environmental protection.

The technical regulation establishes obligatory for application and execution of the requirement to products, processes of their production, storage, transportation, realization and destruction.

2. Action of this Technical regulation extends to the forages and feed additives which are in circulation in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Objects of technical regulation of this Technical regulation are:

stern: plant, animal, mineral origin, microbiological synthesis, kormosmesa, all-in-one feeds, fodder concentrates, concentrated compound feeds;

feed additives: proteinaceous and vitamin-mineral additives, amido-vitamin-mineral additives, premixes, flavor additives, dyes, stabilizers, emulsifiers, baking powder, preservatives, antioxidants, fragrances, thickeners, antibiotics, podkislitel, amino acids, nonprotein nitrogenous additives.

This Technical regulation does not extend to the forages and feed additives of house preparation which are not intended for realization.

3. In this Technical regulation the following terms and determinations are used:

antioxidants - the substances intended for increase in expiration dates of forages by delay of processes of oxidation of their fatty component;

fragrances - the substances intended for giving or correction of smell, palatability of forages and stimulation of their consumption;

the amido-vitamin-mineral additive (AVMA) - the protein containing mineral, vitamin and other biological active agents in which part of protein is replaced with nonprotein nitrogenous substances;

amino acids - the feed additives consisting of essential amino acids, received by microbiological, chemical synthesis by splitting of proteinaceous molecules;

the proteinaceous and vitamin-mineral additives (PVMA) - the protein containing mineral vitamin and other biological active agents;

safety of forages and feed additives - condition of reasonable confidence that the forage in case of usual conditions of its use is not harmful does not constitute health hazard of animals and does not affect negatively product quality of animal origin;
