About modification of the Regulations on Public service of Ukraine on emergency situations

Bring in the Regulations on Public service of Ukraine on emergency situations approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 16, 2015 No. 1052 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 102, Art. 3514; 2018, No. 27, the Art. 976), the enclosed changes.

Changes which are made to Regulations on Public service of Ukraine on emergency situations

1. In Item 3:

1) in subitem 2 of the word "civil protection," to exclude;

Subitem 4 to exclude 2).

2. In item 4:

Subitem 2 to state 1) in the following edition:

"Will organize 2) and provides management of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of single state system of civil protection;";

Subitems 6 and 7 to state 2) in the following edition:

"6) will be organized by implementation of actions for creation, content and reconstruction of fund of protective constructions of civil protection, to conducting their accounting, provides together with relevant organs and divisions of civil protection, the local state administrations control of readiness of the specified constructions for proper use, keeps nation-wide electronic account of protective constructions of civil protection

7) will be organized by implementation of actions for implementation of technical actions of civil protection, fire and technogenic safety, prepares offers on reference of settlements and subjects of managing for the corresponding groups (categories) of civil protection;";
