About approval of Changes in Regulations on release of electronic money and implementation of payment transactions with them
According to requirements of Articles 7, of 15, of 40, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", the Law of Ukraine of January 12, 2023 No. 2888-IX "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and other legal acts of Ukraine of rather payment services", for the purpose of enhancement of normative legal regulation of the activities connected with release of electronic money and implementation of payment transactions with them the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Approve Changes in Regulations on release of electronic money and the implementation of payment transactions with them approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 29, 2022 No. 210, which are applied.
2. To department of payment systems and innovative development (Andrey Podderegin) after official publication to inform payment service providers information on adoption of this resolution.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Alexey Shaban.
4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
