About approval of the Regulations on release of electronic money and implementation of payment transactions with them
According to requirements of Articles 7, of 15, of 40, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 5, 57 - 61 Laws of Ukraine "About payment services", for the purpose of enhancement of normative legal regulation of the activities connected with release of electronic money and implementation of payment transactions with them the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Approve Regulations on release of electronic money and implementation of payment transactions with them which is applied.
1) Items 1, the 5th resolutions of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of November 4, 2010 No. 481 "About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine concerning regulation of release and the address of electronic money", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 24, 2010 for No. 1336/18631;
2) the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 19, 2014 No. 378 "About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine concerning implementation of transactions with electronic money", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 8, 2014 for No. 784/25561;
