1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 17, 2017 No. 755 "About some questions of posting of government employees and personnel of diplomatic service" the following changes:

"About some questions of posting of government employees, personnel of diplomatic service and employees of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan";
state preamble in the following edition:
"According to articles 15-1 and 15-2 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About diplomatic service of the Republic of Kazakhstan", article 39 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About public service of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and article 20-8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:";
2) of Item 1 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"2) Rules of posting of government employees from other state bodies and employees of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan to foreign institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan;";
The rules of posting of government employees from other state bodies to foreign institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution to be reworded as follows according to appendix to this resolution.
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
