1. General provisions

1. These rules of posting of personnel of diplomatic service of the Republic of Kazakhstan to state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the international and other organizations (further - Rules) are developed according to article 15-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 7, 2002 "About diplomatic service of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - the Law) and determine procedure for posting of personnel of diplomatic service of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - personnel of diplomatic service) to state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the international and other organizations.

4. For the affiliated person the status of personnel of diplomatic service, former place of employment (the state position), and also the rights, guarantees, privileges, compensations, allowances, the payments, provision of pensions and social protection established by the Law and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan remain.
