I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Chairman of the Agency on protection and development of the competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 5, 2022 No. 16 "About introduction of temporary state price regulation on retail sale of the liquefied oil gas for gas station of motor transport at autogas-filling stations in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 28710) the following change:
to be reworded as follows appendix to the specified order according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to department of fuel and energy complex of the Agency on protection and development of the competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Agency on protection and development of the competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-chairman of the Agency on protection and development of the competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
