3. To territorial subdivisions of the Agency on protection and development of the competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan in case of excess by persons enabling retail sale of the liquefied oil gas for gas station of motor transport at autogas-filling stations in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the established marginal prices to take out instructions and in case of their non-execution to bring to the administrative responsibility according to article 162 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan about administrative offenses.
4. To provide to department of fuel and energy complex of the Agency on protection and development of the competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Agency on protection and development of the competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-chairman of the Agency on protection and development of the competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
6. This order becomes effective from the date of its first official publication and is effective till December 31, 2023.
