About modification of Rules of provision of services of passenger road transport

Bring in the Rules of provision of services of passenger road transport approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 18, 1997 No. 176 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, number 8, page 142; 2007, No. 75, the Art. 2791), the enclosed changes.

1. To add the subitem 6 of Item 148 after the words "that can soil the vehicle or clothes of passengers" with words ", create noise in salon, in particular, by means of technical devices".
2. Add Item 149 with the subitem 10 of the following content:
"10) to reproduce in inside of the bus music, sounds of movies or other sound signals, except information on trip (sound transmission can be performed on individual earphones of passengers, and on salon - only during irregular transportations with the consent of all passengers).".
3. Add Item 154 with the subitem 13 of the following content:
"13) to reproduce in salon music or other sound signals without the consent of all passengers.".
