According to Articles 7, 15, 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction", Articles 11, of 14, 15 Laws of Ukraine "About currency and currency transactions", article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About sanctions", the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 64/2022 "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine", No. 2102-IX approved by the Law of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 "About approval of the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine"" for the purpose of determination of features of accomplishment of separate requirements of the legislation in the field of financial monitoring, currency supervision, supervision concerning realization and monitoring of efficiency of personal special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions) during action of the warlike situation Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 23, 2022 No. 60 "About features of accomplishment of separate requirements of the legislation in the field of financial monitoring, currency supervision, supervision concerning realization and monitoring of efficiency of personal special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions) during action of warlike situation" (with changes) the following changes:

The resolution after Item 9 to add 1) with new Item 9-1 of the following content:

"9-1. The National Bank of Ukraine has the right to make the decision on:

1) prolongation of term of conducting unscheduled exit inspection, change in part of the list of the questions which are subject to unscheduled exit inspection, the period which is subject to unscheduled exit inspection - in the presence of the reasons which can demonstrate impossibility of check of the questions which are subject to unscheduled exit inspection, in full and at the scheduled time and/or prolongation of terms of provision of information/documents in response to request of inspection group / National Bank of Ukraine, and/or receipt of the information/documents received according to the procedure of permanent supervision from other structural divisions of the National Bank of Ukraine, state bodies, supervision bodies of foreign states about the facts requiring check;

2) early termination of the begun unscheduled exit inspection - in case of non-admission of inspection team to conducting unscheduled exit inspection and/or failure to provide documents/information that resulted in impossibility of conducting unscheduled exit inspection, and/or in case of the termination of the bases for implementation of supervision of the subject specified in Item 2 of the Section I of the Provision No. 90 (further - the Subject), in the field of financial monitoring, currency supervision, supervision concerning realization and monitoring of efficiency of personal special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions) and/or emergence of other circumstances which makes impossible implementation of unscheduled exit inspection;

3) cancellations of unscheduled exit inspection which was not begun in time, determined in the order on conducting unscheduled exit inspection, - in case of the termination of the bases for implementation of supervision of the subject in the field of financial monitoring, currency supervision, supervision concerning realization and monitoring of efficiency of personal special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions) and/or emergence of other circumstances which makes impossible implementation of unscheduled exit inspection.";

2) in paragraph one of Item 10-1 of the word and figures "the subject specified in Item 2 of the Section I of the Provision No. 90 (further - the subject)," to replace with the word "subject";

3) in Item 12-2:

in paragraph one of the word of "corrective actions" shall be replaced with words" died impacts / written requirements";

The resolution after Item 12-8 to add 4) with new Item 12-9 of the following content:

"12-9. The National Bank of Ukraine will promulgate by placement during the first five working days of the month following for reporting on pages of official Internet representative office of the National Bank of Ukraine information on the corrective actions applied by it during month under report to SPFM for violation of requirements of the legislation in the field of financial monitoring.".
