1. Bring in acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning provision of services in the field of physical culture and sport the enclosed changes.
2. This resolution becomes effective along with the Law of Ukraine of January 12, 2023 No. 2868-IX "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning streamlining of the state social standards and state social standard rates of provision of services in the field of physical culture and sport", but not earlier than day of its publication.

1. In the subitem 1 of Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2003 No. 49 "About formation of the centers of physical health of the population "Sport for all" (2003, No. 4, the Art. 110) words of "sports services" shall be replaced with words the Official Bulletin of Ukraine "services in the field of physical culture and sport".
2. In the subitem 39 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of youth and the sport of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 220 (Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 54, Art. 1447), shall be replaced with words words of "sports services" "services in the field of physical culture and sport".
