Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Approve Regulations on the Ministry of youth and sport of Ukraine which are applied.

Regulations on the Ministry of youth and sport of Ukraine

1. The ministry of youth and sport of Ukraine (Minmolodsport) is the central executive body which activities go and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Minmolodsport is principal organ in system of the central executive bodies, providing forming and realizes state policy in the youth sphere, spheres of physical culture and sport, national and patriotic education.

Minmolodsport is subject of counteraction to corruption offenses which influence results of official sports competitions.

2. Minmolodsport in the activities is guided by the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, acts of the President of Ukraine and resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted according to the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, other acts of the legislation.

3. The main objectives of Minmolodsport is ensuring forming and realization of state policy in the youth sphere, the sphere of physical culture and sport, participation in forming and realization within the powers provided by the law, state policy in spheres of physical culture and sport, national and patriotic education.

4. Minmolodsport according to the tasks assigned to him:

1) determines prospects and the priority directions of development of the youth sphere, spheres of physical culture and sport, national and patriotic education;

1-1) coordinates the actions performed by executive bodies on national patriotically education;

2) is provided by normative legal regulation in the youth sphere, spheres of physical culture and sport, national and patriotic education;

3) generalizes practice of application of the legislation on the questions which are within its competence develops offers on its enhancement and introduction in accordance with the established procedure of drafts of legal acts, acts of the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for consideration of the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;

4) approves drafts of the laws, other acts of the legislation which arrive on coordination from other central executive bodies, prepares within the powers provided by the law, conclusions and offers to drafts of the laws, other acts of the legislation which move for consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, and drafts of the laws submitted for consideration of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by other persons of law of the legislative initiative;

5) carries out in accordance with the established procedure the international activities in the youth sphere, spheres of physical culture and sport, national and patriotic education;

Develops 6) together with other executive bodies and submits social norms and standard rates of social formation and development of youth for approval of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;

7) takes measures to promoting and approval of healthy lifestyle, humanistic values, national consciousness and patriotic feelings of youth, the organization of its leisure, carries out information and educational work on counteraction to distribution among young people of socially dangerous diseases;

7-1) assistance in accordance with the established procedure to development of the youth centers in Ukraine, including exercise control of public institution "The All-Ukrainian youth center

8) assistance in accordance with the established procedure to employment of youth, creation of conditions for its intellectual self-improvement and creative development, forming of humanistic values and patriotic feelings at young citizens;

9) provides in accordance with the established procedure the state support to youth and children's public associations for accomplishment of nation-wide programs and actions concerning children and youth according to the list approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;

10) promotes development of volunteer activities in spheres of physical culture and sport and national and patriotic education, to holding the actions of national and international value connected with the organization of mass sporting events;

11) performs in accordance with the established procedure preparation of offers on purpose of grants of the President of Ukraine for gifted youth and to winning of the award of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for special achievements of youth in development of Ukraine;

12) coordinates actions for questions of social formation and development of youth, and also development of children's, sport for children and young people, reserve sport, mass sport, elite sport, sport of persons with disability, sport of veterans;

Accepts 13) together with the interested executive bodies of measures for development of network of children's and youth sports schools, schools of the highest sports skill, the centers of the Olympic preparation, organizations of vocational education of sports profile with specific conditions of training, performs organizational and methodical ensuring their activities;

14) is established by procedure for provision to children's and youth sports schools of the highest, the first, second categories;

15) establishes in accordance with the established procedure the state centers of the Olympic preparation;

16) provides in accordance with the established procedure to children's and youth sports schools the highest category, the status of specialized Children's and Youth Sports School of Olympic Reserve, specialized children's and youth sports school for persons with disability of Paralympic and deflimpiysky reserve, to organizations of education - the status of organization of specialized education of sports profile with specific conditions of training, to organizations of physical culture and sport - the status of the center of the Olympic preparation;

Approves 17):

regulations on school of the highest sports skill;

provision about the center of physical health of the population;

payment terms of work of employees of the children's and youth sports schools founded by public authorities and local government bodies;

rules of sports competitions in the sports recognized in Ukraine;

regulations on holding All-Ukrainian sports competitions;

procedure for creation of schedules of sports and improving and sporting events, and also requirements to content of regulations (regulations) on official sports and improving actions or sports competitions;

The single schedule of sports and improving and sporting events of Ukraine, controls its accomplishment;

five-year consolidating plans of research work in the sphere of physical culture and sport are also carried out by the analysis of their accomplishment;
