Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 8, 1993 No. 340 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for issue of car driver licenses and the admission of citizens to control of vehicles" (ZP of Ukraine, 1993, No. 10, Art. 211; The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, No. 39, the Art. 1311) and of March 3, 2022 No. 184 "some questions of the admission of drivers to control of vehicles" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, the Art. 1270, No. 26, the Art. 1432) the enclosed changes.

1. To add Item 1 of the Regulations on procedure for issue of car driver licenses and the admission of citizens to control of vehicles approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 8, 1993 No. 340, with the paragraph of the following content:
"Features of the admission of citizens to control of vehicles in the period of warlike situation and within year from the date of its termination or cancellation are determined by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 3, 2022 No. 184 "Some questions of the admission of drivers to control of vehicles" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, the Art. 1270).".
