About modification and amendments in some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with enhancement of activities of Chamber of Commerce and Industry

1. Make changes and additions to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix providing:

approval by Chamber of Commerce and Industry (further - Chamber) organizational structure, structure of executive committee and territorial structures of Chamber in coordination with its Presidium;

involvement of Chamber as the partner of the project in case of projects implementation of non-paid assistance in the field of entrepreneurship;

implementation of system of allocation of government subsidies to Chamber and its territorial subdivisions.

2. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.

Changes and additions made to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 19, 2017 No. UP-5087 "About Measures for Radical Enhancement of System of the State Protection of Legitimate Interests of Business and Further Development of Business Activity":

a) in paragraph four of the subitem "g" of Item 1 of the word of "the centers of assistance to entrepreneurship in the regional centers, areas and the cities" shall be replaced with words "regional governments, district (city) departments of Chamber of Commerce and Industry";

b) declare Item 6 invalid;
