About modification and amendments, and also recognition voided some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About non-bank credit institutions and microfinancial activities", the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 25, 2022 No. UP-141 "About Measures for Enhancement of Settlement System and Increase in Payment Discipline of Business Entities" and the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 22, 2022 No. PP-329 "About additional measures for enhancement of training system of women to professions and entrepreneurship", and also for the purpose of further development of investment potential:

1. Make changes and additions to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1, providing:

systematization of bylaws about non-bank credit institutions and microfinancial activities;

closing of the special target accounts of business entities opened in commercial banks on which collection does not address;

provision of Government commission concerning foreign trade, investments, development of the local industry and technical regulation of power on permission of binding of lease payments to foreign currencies and conventional units in agreements on provision in lease of commercial buildings within investment projects on construction of large shopping center;

expansion of number of the organizations involved in training of youth and women in professions and entrepreneurship.

2. Recognize invalid some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.

3. To impose control of execution of this Decree on deputy prime ministers D. A. Kuchkarov and Zh. A. Hodzhayev.
