About modification of some Orders of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of traffic safety
For the purpose of systematization of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for strengthening of fight against motor transportation crimes" of October 29, 2007 No. 521 the following change:
in Regulations of Admission legal entities and physical persons on rescue and recovery operations of the automotor-vehicles having the damages characteristic of the road accidents, approved by the above-stated resolution:
- to state appendix 1 to the above rules in edition according to appendix to this resolution.
2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the List of the special vehicles requiring availability of the limited overview - tonings (covering) of front side glasses of the car" of February 21, 2011 No. 59 the following changes:
"Article 129 of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about violations" shall be replaced with words 1) in word preamble "article 194 of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about offenses";
2) in the List of the special vehicles requiring availability of the limited overview - tonings (covering) of front side glasses of the car, approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Items 1, the 2nd word of "Prime Minister" shall be replaced with words "the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers".
3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Rules of carrying out re-equipment of the vehicles which are in operation in case of modification of their design" of November 15, 2016 No. 587 the following changes:
