About approval of Changes in fire safety regulations in Ukraine
According to Item 10 parts one of article 17 of the Code of civil protection of Ukraine, the subitem 7 of Item 1 of the Section V of the National plan of action for implementation of the Convention on the rights of persons with disability for the period till 2025 approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 7, 2021 No. 285-r, order to National strategy for creation of barrier-free space in Ukraine for the period till 2030 approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 14, 2021 No. 366-r for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act in compliance with the legislation:
1. Approve changes in the fire safety regulations in Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of December 30, 2014 No. 1417, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 05, 2015 at No. 252/26697, which are applied.
2. To management of interaction with Public service of Ukraine on emergency situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Koreva Yu.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
