1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 28, 2012 No. 1459 "About procedure for transfer by customs authorities to the Central bank of the Russian Federation and to authorized banks in electronic form of information on the declarations registered by customs authorities on goods" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 1, Art. 55; 2018, No. 21, Art. 3031; 2020, No. 33, Art. 5401).

2. Provide to the Federal Customs Service till July 1, 2023 development, approval of the Central bank of the Russian Federation and placement on the official site of Service on the Internet taking into account the changes approved by this resolution:

structure and formats of the electronic message, receipts of authorized bank on adoption (rejection) of the electronic message;

structures of name and information on amount of the archive file of electronic messages, summary archive file of the Federal Customs Service, archive file of authorized bank, summary archive file of territorial office;

information on the software used for forming of archive and summary archive files.

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2024, except for Item 2, which becomes effective from the date of official publication of this resolution.
