1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on transfer by customs authorities to the Central bank of the Russian Federation and to authorized banks in electronic form of information on the declarations registered by customs authorities on goods, and also about the statistical form of accounting of movement of goods established by the Government of the Russian Federation according to article 278 of the Federal law "About Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation", approved with the Central bank of the Russian Federation.

2. Provide to the Federal Customs Service till December 28, 2012 development, approval of the Central bank of the Russian Federation and placement on the official site of Service on the Internet of structure and formats of the electronic documents provided by the Provision approved by this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2013, except for Item 2, which becomes effective from the date of signing of this resolution.

Information on declarations to goods and form of accounting in electronic form is transferred by customs authorities on behalf of the Federal Customs Service to the Central bank of the Russian Federation and authorized banks.

2. The Federal Customs Service transfers to the Central bank of the Russian Federation in electronic form information on declarations to goods according to the list according to appendix No. 1 no later than 3 working days from the date of, the release (conditional release) by customs authorities of goods following behind day.

3. The Federal Customs Service transfers to the Central bank of the Russian Federation in electronic form information on the accounting form on the list according to appendix No. 3 no later than 3 working days from the date of following behind day of representation of form of accounting in customs authorities.

4. Transfer by the Federal Customs Service in electronic form of information on declarations on goods and to the form of accounting specified in paragraph three of Item 2 and the paragraph third Item 3 this provision, authorized banks is performed through the Central bank of the Russian Federation and territorial offices of the Central bank of the Russian Federation (further - territorial offices).
