About approval of Changes in Regulations on certification of ecological auditors
According to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 to No. 64 "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine", No. 2102-IX approved by the Law of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 "About approval of the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine"", for the purpose of ensuring realization of provisions of the Law of Ukraine "About environmental audit", subitems 137, of the 138th item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of environment protection and natural resources of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 25, 2020 No. 614, I order:
1. Approve the change in Regulations on certification of ecological auditors approved by the order of the Ministry of protection of the surrounding environment of Ukraine of January 29, 2007 No. 27, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 30, 2007 at No. 295/13562, which are applied.
2. (Victoria Kireeva) to provide to department of prevention of industrial pollution and climatic policy in the procedure established by the legislation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Alexander Krasnolutsky.
