About change of the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of May 31, 2021 No. 147
Based on part one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus, subitem 2.9 of Item 2 of Article 6, No. 226-Z "About currency control and currency exchange control" the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts two of Item 1 of article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 22, 2003
1. Bring in the Instruction about carrying out currency transactions approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of May 31, 2021 No. 147, the following changes:
in paragraphs second and third part one and part two of Item 8 of the word of "implementation by banks, Development bank, foreign banks of payment and money transfer" shall be replaced with words "transfers of money into the account of the legal entity - the resident, opened in bank";
add the Instruction with Item 8-1 of the following content:
"8-1. Under the currency agreements providing export, import and the prisoner till February 24, 2022 between legal entities - residents and residents of Ukraine, in time repatriations the period of action of force majeure circumstances, the moratorium imposed by Ukraine, the obligations interfering execution by residents of Ukraine under such agreements and documented joins.".
2. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:
