About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 2019 No. 67
Based on subitem 9.4 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 14, 2022 No. 405, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 2019 No. 67 "About approval of Rules on ensuring industrial safety of attractions" the following changes:
in preamble of the word "7.4 Items 7" and "on December 29, 2006 No. 756" to replace respectively with the words "9.4 Items 9" and "on November 14, 2022 No. 405";
in Rules on ensuring industrial safety of the attractions approved by this resolution:
in the paragraph the sixteenth Item 2 of the word "special permission (license) for the implementation right" shall be replaced with words "the license for implementation";
add Item 10 with part of the following content:
"Sheets of operational documents shall be numbered. Sheets of the form of attraction, register of operation of attraction, register of maintenance and repair of attraction shall be stitched.";
to add Item 11 after the word "be" with the word is "temporary";
the second Item 15 to exclude part;
"profession" to add Item 26 part one after the word with the word of "worker";
in paragraph one of part one of Item 78 of the word "shall organize" shall be replaced with words "creates the local legal act";
