About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 9, 2022 No. 1378

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 9, 2022 No. 1378 "About the inventory, on the international transfers (import) of which operation of the Law of Ukraine "On the state control of the international transfers of military goods and double use" in the period of warlike situation in the territory of Ukraine" does not expatiate (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 99, the Art. 6204) the enclosed changes.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is effective about day of the termination or cancellation of warlike situation in Ukraine.

delivery condition of such goods to Ukraine is registration by the Ukrainian side of the state guarantees or obligations on use of imported goods in stated purposes;
