According to part three of article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About the state control of the international transfers of military goods and double use", the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides No. 64:
1. Determine that operation of the Law of Ukraine "About the state control of the international transfers of military goods and double use" in the period of warlike situation in the territory of Ukraine does not extend to the international transfers (import) of goods according to the list according to appendix.
1-1. Operation of this resolution does not extend to the international transfers (import) of goods according to the list according to Section 1 of Appendix to this resolution if:
delivery condition of such goods to Ukraine is registration by the Ukrainian side of the state guarantees or obligations on use of imported goods in stated purposes;
the goods determined by appendix contain in the structure the product carried to line items of ML1.a, ML1.b, ML1.c, ML2.a, ML4.a of appendix to the Procedure of the state control of the international transfers of military goods approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 20, 2003 No. 1807 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 48, Art. 2506; 2017, No. 67, Art. 2011).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is effective about day of the termination or cancellation of warlike situation in Ukraine.
