About modification of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of July 2, 2014 No. 228 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 54, the Art. 1455, No. 85, Art. 2412; 2015, No. 6, Art. 127; 2016 No. 2, Art. 110, No. 21, Art. 829, No. 91, Art. 2973, No. 42, Art. 1578, No. 73, Art. 2463, No. 91, Art. 2973; 2017, No. 38, Art. 1204, No. 67, Art. 1992, No. 73, Art. 2248; 2019, No. 82, the Art. 2795), changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except subitems 9 and 10 of Item 1, of Item of 5 changes approved by this resolution which become effective at the same time with entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "About media".

Changes which are made to Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine

1. In item 4:

Subitem 13 to exclude 1);

2) to add Item with subitems 32-2 and 32-3 of the following content:

"32-2) performs according to the legislation of activities of territorial authorities of Ministry of Justice, in particular concerning execution of the criminal penalties, the companies, organizations, the organizations relating to the sphere of management of Ministry of Justice, in particular formed for accomplishment of tasks of the Public criminal and executive service;
