About modification of item 4 of the Regulations on the Commission on regulation of gamblings and lotteries

Make change to item 4 of the Regulations on the Commission on regulation of gamblings and lotteries approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 23, 2020 No. 891 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 79, of the Art. 2558), having added with its subitem 3-1 of the following content:
"3-1) performs preparation and representation to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of offers on application, cancellation and modification in special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions) submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for consideration of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine according to the Law of Ukraine "About sanctions" and participates in forming, realization and monitoring of efficiency of the state sanctions policy on issues, being within its competence;".
