1. Item 3 of the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of January 31, 2019 No. 43 "About approval of form of the Notification of the National commission on securities and the stock market by the company which is of public interest about subject of auditor activities which will provide services in financial records audit", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 27, 2019 for No. 199/33170, after the words "in banks" to add with the words "and insurers".
2. Approve Changes in form of the Notification of the National commission on securities and the stock market by the company which is of public interest about subject of auditor activities which will provide the service in financial records audit approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of January 31, 2019 No. 43, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 27, 2019 for No. 199/33170 (in edition of the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of January 12, 2021, No. 10) which are applied.
