About approval of form of the Notification of the National commission on securities and the stock market by the company which is of public interest about subject of auditor activities which will render services in financial records audit

According to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine", parts eight of article 29 of the Law of Ukraine "About financial records audit and auditor activities" the National commission on securities and the stock market RESHILA:

1. Approve form of the Notification of the National commission on securities and the stock market by the company which is of public interest about subject of auditor activities which will render services in financial records audit which is applied.

2. The companies which are of public interest which signed as of the date of entry into force of this decision agreements with subjects of auditor activities on carrying out statutory audit of the financial reporting shall within 30 calendar days from the effective date of this decision to submit to the Commission the notification in the form established by this decision.

3. Action of this decision does not extend to banks and insurers.

4. To department of systematization and analysis of the financial reporting of members of the capital markets and prudential supervision (Rafalskaya K.) provide:

submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this decision on the official website of the National commission on securities and the stock market.

5. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

6. I reserve control over the implementation of this decision.
