According to Item 12, parts five of article 33 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the Executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits solved 10 parts one of Article:
1. Approve Changes in Regulations on procedure for imposing of administrative sanctions by Fund of the guaranteeing household deposits approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 23, 2012 No. 11, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 14, 2012 for No. 1584/21896, which are applied.
2. To provide to department of methodology and strategic planning together with legal support department submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.
3. For public relations and the international organizations to provide to management placement of this decision on the official site of Fund after its state registration.
4. This decision becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
5. Control over the implementation of this decision to leave for the managing director.
