About introduction of amendments to the order of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 31, 2019 No. 714 "About approval of the professional standard "Employment Assistance (Jobcenter)"

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 31, 2019 No. 714 "About approval of the professional standard "Employment Assistance (Jobcenter)" (it is registered the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 137841) the following changes:

in the Professional standard "Employment Assistance (Jobcenter)" approved by the specified order:

the fifth Item 6 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"implementation of registration of the addressed persons as looking for work and the unemployed.";

state Item 9 in the following edition:

"9. List of professions:

1) the director of the center - the 7th skill level on the ORK;

2) the head of the structural unit (department, the sector) TsZN - the 7th skill level on the ORK;

3) the employment inspector – 5-6 skill level on the ORK;

4) the job seekers specialist - 5-6 skill levels on the ORK;

5) the employers specialist - 5-6 skill levels on the ORK;

6) the professional orientation specialist - 5-6 skill levels on the ORK;

7) the forecasting and monitoring specialist - 5-6 skill levels on the ORK;

8) the consultant for social work of jobcenter of the population - 5-6 skill levels on the ORK;

9) the consultant for employment - the 4th skill level on the ORK;

10) the employee on assistance of employment of the population - the 4th skill level on the ORK;

11) the employee of department of bonds with employers – the 4th skill level on the ORK.

Cards of professions are given in appendix to this professional standard.";

to be reworded as follows appendix to the professional standard "Employment Assistance (Jobcenter)" according to appendix to this order.

2. To provide to department of employment of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
