About modification of the Order of the Government No. 149/2021 about the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection

No. 160-164, 537), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 149/2021 about the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 206-208, 347) to make the following changes:

To replace 1) in Item 2 of the resolution of figure "67" with figures "89";

Item 7 to add 2) in appendix No. 1 with subitems 3-1) and 3-2) of the following content:

"3-1) approval of industry policy according to chapters about accession to the European Union for the purpose of development of the Contribution of the Republic of Moldova to the Annual packet of expansion of the European Union and gradual preparation for opening of negotiations on accession of the Republic of Moldova for the European Union;

3-2) implementation of the Agreement on association between the Republic of Moldova, on the one hand, both European Union and European Atomic Energy Community and their state members, on the other hand;";
