According to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 24, 2020 No. 90) and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine in compliance with the current legislation of Ukraine,
I order:
1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for carrying out certification of the companies enabling wholesale (distribution) of medicines, No. approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of August 23, 2005 421, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 07, 2005 for No. 1013/11293, which are applied.
2. To management of provision of medicines (Zadvornykh I. S.) provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister Komaridu A. A.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
