About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of April 17, 2017 No. 96
Based on the paragraph of the seventh of part one of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2008 No. 313-Z "About traffic" and subitem 9.4 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 4, 2007 No. 611, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of April 17, 2017 No. 96 "About re-equipment of vehicles" the following changes:
in the name and Item 1 the word "re-equipment" shall be replaced with words "modification of design" in the corresponding case;
in the Instruction about procedure for re-equipment of vehicles approved by this resolution:
in the name, paragraphs first and third Item 6, Item 9, appendices 1-4 to this Instruction the word "re-equipment" shall be replaced with words "modification of design" in the corresponding case;
in Item 1:
the paragraph one of part one to state in the following edition:
"1. This Instruction determines procedure for modification of design of vehicles (except for wheel tractors, trail cars to them and self-propelled machines) (further - vehicles), including issues by authorized bodies:";
in part two the word "re-equipment" shall be replaced with words "modification of design";
third Item 2 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"modification of vehicle design - the change of design of the vehicle connected with exception provided or installation of the components which are not provided by design of the specific vehicle and pieces of the equipment, executed after release of the vehicle in the address and influencing traffic safety.";
in Item 3:
