1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Ecclesiastical Affairs and civil society of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 25, 2018 No. 52 "About approval of Rules of award of awards for non-governmental organizations" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 17041) the following changes:
state preamble in the following edition:
"According to the subitem 12) of article 4-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state social order, the state order on realization of strategic partnership, grants and awards for non-governmental organizations in the Republic of Kazakhstan" I ORDER:";
Rules of award of awards for the non-governmental organizations approved by the specified order to state in edition according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to committee on cases of civil society of the Ministry of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan representation in Legal department of the Ministry of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
