1. Bring in the Rules of crossing of frontier by citizens of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 27, 1995 No. 57 (ZP of Ukraine, 1995, No. 4, Art. 92; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 65, Art. 2239; 2022, No. 44, the Art. 2401), change which is applied.

2. To the ministries and other central executive bodies in two weeks to bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

Change which is made to Rules of crossing of frontier by citizens of Ukraine

Add Rules with Item 2-12 of the following content:

"2-12. In case of introduction in the territory of Ukraine of warlike situation citizens of male Ukraine aged from 18 up to 60 years have the right to cross frontier of Ukraine if they go for work on ocean ships, inland navigation vessels as a part of crews of such courts or for passing of practical preparation in courts.

For crossing of frontier of Ukraine such persons shall provide the following documents:

1) cadets of educational institutions:

identity certificate of the seaman;

the reference from educational institution of the direction of the cadet for passing of practical preparation on the vessel under the Ukrainian or foreign flag;

military and accounting documents with the corresponding marks district (the integrated district), city (district in the cities, the integrated city) the territorial center of completing and social support;
