About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of May 31, 2012 No. 706

Accepted the Government of the Republic of Armenia on April 8, 2021

Assuming as a basis article 34 of the Law "About Regulatory Legal Acts", the Government of the Republic of Armenia decides:

1. Of May 31, 2012 No. 706-N "About approval of procedures for the state approval of the end-user certificate, issue of the certificate of the importer and forms of certificates" to make the following changes and additions to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Armenia:

1) in preamble of the Resolution of the word "part 3 of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On legal acts" shall be replaced with words "part 4 of article 146 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia";

2) in Appendix No. 1, approved by the subitem 1 of Item 1 of the Resolution:

. the Item 7 after the word "supplements" to add with the words "registered or registered according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia",

to state the subitem 1 of Item 10 in the following edition century:
