Being guided by Items 13, of 15, of 16, 17 and 18 parts 1 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About veterinary science" and assuming as a basis part 1 of Article 34 and part 1 of article 37 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About regulatory legal acts", the Government of the Republic of Armenia decides:
1. Establish procedure for veterinary and sanitary examination of fish, the water animals and fish products, meat and products received from slaughter of animals, milk and dairy products, eggs, honey according to Appendix.
2. No. 426-N "About establishment of procedure of veterinary and sanitary examination of the products received from slaughter of animals" to be reworded as follows heading of the Order of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of March 31, 2004: "About establishment of procedure for disinfecting and destruction of meat, meat products and raw materials".
3. Recognize invalid:
1) the Order of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of December 29, 2005 No. 2319-N "About approval of procedure for veterinary and sanitary examination of fish and water animals";
2) the Order of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of December 29, 2005 No. 2305-N "About approval of procedure for veterinary and sanitary examination of milk";
3) the Order of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of November 26, 2015 No. 1391-N "About approval of procedure for veterinary and sanitary examination of eggs";
