For the purpose of improvement of quality of work on conducting military accounting and reduction of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About general conscription of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, about military and alternative services", being guided by articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for conducting military accounting of persons liable for call-up and recruits" of August 10, 2009 No. 509 the following changes:
in Regulations on the procedure for conducting military accounting of persons liable for call-up and recruits approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in paragraph five of Item 3 of the word "military commissariats" shall be replaced with words "the authorized state body knowing questions of defense";
- add with Item 3-1 of the following content:
"3-1. The control of condition of work on conducting military accounting exercised by local government bodies, educational institutions and legal entities irrespective of patterns of ownership (further - the organizations) is performed in the form of provision of data by the organizations at the request of the authorized state body knowing questions of defense.
The inquiry is sent to the organizations with number of the working (studying) citizens:
- to 100 people it is performed every two years;
- over 100 people - annually.
