About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

(Extraction)

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for realization of wood in the Republic of Belarus I decide:

1. Make changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 23, 2020 No. 437 "About forest management and realization of wood":

to exclude subitem 1.1 of Item 1;

add the Decree with Item 4-1 of the following content:

"4-1. Grant to the Ministry of forestry the right to explain questions of application of this Decree.";

The rules of realization of wood approved by the Decree to be reworded as follows (are attached);

1.2. in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 5, 2021 "About establishment of rates of export customs duties" the paragraph third Item 7 after the word "directions" to add No. 305 with the words "and amounts".

2. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

determine procedure for forming of the list of legal entities, the realization of firewood in the prepared type by which it is enabled out of the exchange biddings;

till January 1, 2023 to provide reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and acceptance of other measures for its realization;

paragraphs of the fourth or sixth - for office use.

3. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:

Item 1 - in month after official publication of this Decree;

other provisions of this Decree - after its official publication.
