About establishment of rates of export customs duties

For the purpose of prevention of deficit of forest products and products of woodworking in the Republic of Belarus:
1. Establish till December 31, 2021 rates of export customs duties on the forest products and products of woodworking which are exported from the territory of the Republic of Belarus out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix).
Rates of export customs duties on the forest products and products of woodworking established by this Decree are not applied in case of their export to the Azerbaijan Republic, Georgia, the Republic of Moldova, the Republic of Tajikistan, the Republic of Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine.

since January 1, 2022 to establish rates of export customs duties concerning goods of group 44 of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union and to determine the directions and the amounts of use of the means arriving in the republican budget from payment of such duties;

take other measures for implementation of this Decree.

The presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2017 No. 234 "About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus".
9. To impose control over the implementation of this Decree on the State Control Committee.
10. This Decree becomes effective in 10 days after its official publication.
