About modification of some regulations
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In article 2 of the Law on quality in construction No. 721/1996 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, No. 25, of the Art. 259), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

"(3) the Power plants using renewable energy resources in case of individual apartment houses (including marital homes, duplexes, linear buildings) within the private parcel of land on which the power plant is established shall be designed only regarding electricity and resistance without town-planning certificate for designing, and construction/installation works - without construction license.".
Art. III. - Item b) parts (4) article 39 of the Law on promotion of energy use from renewable sources No. 10/2016 (2016, 117), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 69-77, in the following edition:
